This is the ultimate summer salad. Season 13 contestant, La Tasha McCutchen, says that her signature dish is a Grilled Watermelon Salad with Pistachio Pesto and Goat Cheese Mousse. This salad is a simpler version of her dish. Sprinkle a few toasted pistachios on the salad at the end for a crunchy kick!
Katie McKeown claims that she makes an incredible Pan Seared Halibut with a Jicama-Mango Slaw. How good does that sound? It screams summer! We have a similar dish- but instead of pan searing the halibut you can put it on the grill.
This recipe comes to you from Scott Leibfried the Sous Chef! He makes a killer Vanilla Rice Pudding with Macerated Berries. This has a slight twist to it. It will be the perfect dessert to end your Hell's Kitchen meal.
