T was one of the stronger chefs of the red team during Season 14, and would usually be a front runner, alongside Meghan. However, she had a big personality, a short-lived running feud with Monique, and a longer one with Michelle, as she did not respect the latter due to her inexperience. On Season 18, she was very vocal about the Rookies' inexperience and lack of confidence, and even helped out the Rookies at times, but ultimately her refusal to communicate with Heather during a service led to her early elimination.
Season 14 Edit
On the bus ride to Hell's Kitchen, T got annoyed when Monique made an insensitive comment about Alison's background, and hoped that Monique could cook. When the chefs arrived at Hell's Kitchen, the doors were locked, and they noticed that Ramsay was on the roof. Then, he said that in order to see if the chefs were 100% committed, they would jump onto an air mattress from the roof. When she saw Enrique climb the latter, she felt that he was shitting his pants in fear. While she was more eager to jump after seeing Enrique and Ruth doing it, Ramsay revealed that it was not necessary as those two were stunt people, and asked the chefs to cook their signature dishes.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, T was the eighth person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay, and went up against Cameron. She made a coffee crusted flank steak, Ramsay deemed the dish terrific, and she scored a perfect five. After Monique argued with Ramsay over her use of pre-made sauce, she asked why the latter would use jarred tomato sauce for a dish that Ramsay would taste.
The red team eventually lost the challenge 28-31, and they were punished by resetting the dining room for the opening night, and sealing confirmation letters in envelopes. Back in the dorms, T was pissed that they lost, but when Monique voiced out that they would beat the men on a regular night, she reminded her that they have yet to beat the men now, and how she served Ramsay jarred sauce while arguing about it. During the punishment, she reminded Monique that if she had made her own sauce, they would not be sealing envelopes all night after the latter complained about it.
During prep, T felt that Chrissa needed to get focused right away, before threatening to beat her up if she would let them down. During dinner service, she served a special pan-seared prawn appetizer tableside. At one point, she found out that their pork was raw, and got dismayed that they were sinking like the Titanic after a strong start. The red team lost the service, and were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, she ranted about their poor performance, before nominating Christine and Monique for their disastrous performance on meat. When Chrissa asked if anybody wanted coffee, she said that what she wanted was a cigarette and a W.
T was not nominated for elimination, and while being dismissed, she believed that Ramsay made the right decision, and planned to get Monique gone as well.
Back in the dorms, T got amused at Josh's attempts to try and flirt with her teammates.
During the Crabs Challenge, T was on a boat with Meghan, Michelle, and Christine, they were seen struggling to launch their boat into the water, and later, they struggled with trying to paddle to their destination. During part two, she was paired with Michelle, and they were seen getting four of their attempts accepted, with the fourth one clinching the win. The red team won the challenge 10-7, and they were rewarded with a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, traveling through cactus trails by horseback, and a dinner at the Four Seasons Resort. At Scottsdale, she got annoyed at Monique's complaining, and later, she believed that their victory was the confidence boost they needed, and the latter declared the red team became on point because of it.
During dinner service, T was on the appetizer station with Monique. She refused to let the kitchen sink on hot appetizers, but that offended Monique as she knew how to make them, and accused her of having a big personality and a big mouth. Later, she answered a question that was meant for Michelle and Alison. The red team won the service.
During the Alaskan Fish Challenge, T was paired with Meghan, and they were seen getting their trout pieces accepted after their second attempt. They were the first pair from the red team to have their dishes judged, and they went up against Bret and Brendan from the blue team. She made a trout with mock succotash, it was criticized for lacking a body in the sauce, and the red team lost that round. The red team eventually won the challenge 3-1, and they were rewarded with a trip to the Manhattan Beaches, got surfing lessons from surfer Anastasia Ashley, and eating lunch.

She was not nominated for elimination.
Back in the dorms, T noticed that it was the first time both teams got a chance to mingle, and accused Bret of being salty over not being the center of attention after the latter refused to play never have I ever.
During the American Classics Challenge, T was paired with Michelle Tribble on the pizza, and her dish was not chosen to be judged. The red team eventually won the challenge after a tie breaker at 4, and they were rewarded with a trip to Long Beach, and rode on the historic American Pride yacht. On the yacht, she commented that it was the first time that she was on a yacht.
During the Family Night dinner service, T was on the garnish station with Christine. At one point, she got dismayed after Mieka sent up a raw New York striploin. Later, she angrily compared Mieka and Monique to an idiot and a clown respectively due to their poor performance on meat.
The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination, During deliberation, T was not happy as there were families out in the dining room that night, and called the red team’s performance atrocious. Then, she told Sarah to stop second-guessing herself, and yelled that Monique did not get her shift together after the latter said that she did. Then, she pushed the red team to nominate Sarah and Monique in order to force Ramsay to eliminate the latter, and while she knew that their strategy was risky, she hoped that it would work.
T was not nominated for elimination, and while being dismissed, she was livid that the plan did not work, and even thought about packing Monique’s bags herself.
Back in the dorms, T deemed Monique a lost cause after the latter refused to talk through her problems with the red team.
During the International Cheese Challenge, T went up against Bret, and their dish was a calzone. After seeing Monique lose the first round, she admitted that she was not surprised, and even said that she would not even trust the latter to pour her seltzer water. She was the final person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay, and presented her rustic calzone with ground pork, fontina cheese and a sweet and spicy sauce. Ramsay praised the sauce for lifting the dish up, she scored that round which was the winning point for the red team, and she was to have taken down Bret a peg. The red team won the challenge 5-4, and they were rewarded with a trip to Marina Del Ray, and a Jet Ski activity at the ocean. During the reward, she called it another thing she has never done before, and thanked Ramsay for another great experience.
During dinner service, T was on the meat station. At one point, she asked Monique for a time for her garnishes, and when the latter sent up raw eggplant, she called her performance a shit show. The red team lost the service, and were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, she announced that their problems revolved around Monique, Christine, and Sarah, and felt that Meghan was playing more caregiver than chef.
T was not nominated for elimination, and while she was relieved to see Monique finally go home, she felt that there were no more excuses for the red team.
While going back to the dorms, T was relieved that Monique, who she considered the biggest thorn on her left side, was finally gone, added that the red team had no more excuses, and declared that they would beat the boys.
During the Firefighter Service Challenge, T was on the chicken station. At one point, Sarah found out that one of her chicken's were raw, but she was relieved that Sarah found out before sending them to the pass. While her refire was accepted, Ramsay saw that she sent up a piece of chicken that still had grease bubbles on it, Alison called it gross, and the women were forced to start over.
The red team lost the challenge, and were punished by detailing the fire engines outside the front entrance, and prepping 400 chicken wings for the following service. During the punishment, she asked Meghan what was wrong after the latter left to the pantry room in an angry mood.
During dinner service, T served lollipop chicken wings tableside. She was not seen much, except for commenting that Meghan's leadership was making them feel like minions due to the latter's position as an Executive Chef. The red team won the service.
Back in the dorms, T admitted that she was getting worried about Josh when the latter did not join the others for dinner.
During the Greek Cuisine Challenge, T went up against Randy, and their dish was squid. After Michelle's dish received poor reviews, she annoyingly told the latter that her kiwi and fraiche plan was doomed from the start. She was the fourth person from the red team to have her dish judged, and presented her kale stuffed chicken on a sweet potato hash. It was praised for being well executed, and she received 7 points. The red team eventually lost the challenge 40-41, and they were punished by cleaning up both the dining room, and the kitchens for the following service.
During dinner service, T was on the appetizer station with Meghan. While her risotto was accepted, she was shocked when Alison struggled on the lobster tail, as she thought that the latter knew better. Later that night, she was seen helping Sarah on meat, but got annoyed when the latter continued to slice a lamb that was raw, and revealed that they did not trust Sarah for that reason. After seeing Sarah and Christine's mistakes, she compared the two’s poor performance to the headless horsemen.
The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, T asked Sarah if she could explain her poor performance, and reminded the latter about how disorganized she was on meat. Then, she agreed with Michelle on how Alison's lobster tails forced them to restart their first order of appetizers, and remarked that Christine did not have an assertive voice.
She was not nominated for elimination.
During the Alcohol Challenge, T had her idea locked in, but her dish was ultimately not chosen for judging. When Meghan's dish was receiving praise, she was getting very confident about their chances. The red team lost the challenge 30-31, and they were punished by participating in laundry day which included ironing, starching, folding, steaming the glassware, and polishing the silverware. During the punishment, she told Michelle to calm down after the latter argued with Alison, before comparing her to a Chihuahua and mimicking a Chihuahua, much to Michelle's annoyance.
Before service, T was disappointed to learn that Bret was forced out of the competition. During the Gastropub Night dinner service, she was on the fish station. When she found out that the red team was serving Jaleel White, she mimicked Urkel’s famous “Did I do that?” quote. At one point, she said that even Ray Charles could see that Alison's lamb was raw. Later, she continued to compare Michelle as a Chihuahua when the latter continued to bark out orders. When the red team took over blue kitchen, she admitted how sweet it was to take over the nasty ass blue kitchen. The red team won the service.
Back in the dorms, T found Nick's impression of Bret hilarious, called him a character, and when the latter called himself a catty, sarcastic, sassy little bitch, she said that all queens were like that, before calling him one. The two not only bonded over the Bret situation, but also because they were both gay, and she said that her girlfriend would get along with Nick.
Before the Exotic Protein Challenge, T refused to eat rat despite the fact that it was a delicacy, and after rubber snake dropped between both teams, she stated that she wanted to leave. She picked alligator as her dish, and went up against Milly. Because the red team had two alligator dishes, her dish was chosen for judging. She was the third person from the red team to have her dish judged, and presented her deep fried alligator tacos. They were praised for having a great flavor, the acidity, heat, and crunch, she scored 11 points, and said that she wanted the fucking W. After Christine's dish received poor reviews, she got dismayed, and said that if the latter had a bag of tricks, she should have used them.
The red team lost the challenge 33-34, and when it was revealed that Michelle's alligator dish would have received a perfect 15 if used, T got annoyed at is as she knew the red team was going to hear the latter complain about it for the rest of the competition. They were punished by deep cleaning both kitchens, and drink a protein shake with the leftover protein from the challenge. Back in the dorms, she complained that they would have loved to have the judges rate their dishes higher. During the punishment, she got disgusted on the fact that it was a meat milkshake, said that her milkshake tasted very gamey, and threw up.
Before the Progress Reports, T got concerned as she did not know what to expect. She was the first chef to be called down to Ramsay's office. He remarked that she has been a fierce competitor since the beginning, and when he asked her where the desire came from, she revealed that she wanted to make a better life for her 12-year-old daughter. Knowing that she was very determined to get to the end, Ramsay advised her to be more focused, disciplined, and vocal. She was not deemed the weakest chef on the red team by her teammates, and therefore did not participate in the Cook For Your Life Challenge. During the challenge, she got concerned as Christine was out in the open without anybody to hide behind.
During the Homecoming Planning Challenge, T paired up with Alison on the seafood appetizer, revealed that that they were making a classic shrimp & grits, and believed that as long as their dishes had a lot of meat and grease, the high school kids would like it. They were the first pair from the red team to have their dish judged, and went up against Milly. They made jalapeno grits with cheddar cheese and lobster, and while it was praised by Abigail and Georgia for the sauce and presentation, Max deemed the grits a little watery and salty, which angered her, and they lost that round to Milly.
The red team lost the challenge 1-2, and they were punished by decorating the dining room for the next service, based on the committee’s directions, and string 200 bead necklaces together. During the punishment, T got annoyed at Michelle for talking with the committee, and rudely told the latter that she heard a recent, before telling her to shut the fuck up. then, she confronted Michelle, and told her not to say her name for the rest of the day. But, when Michelle asked her to help Meghan on the necklaces, that angered her, it caused an argument, and Michelle told her to calm down or else she would hit her with a plate.
Before service began, Ramsay asked T how the committee was, she answered that they were a special kind of people, but Ramsay knew that she wanted to wring their necks. During the Homecoming Dance dinner service, she was on the fish station. At the start, she told Meghan that she was about to drop her lobster tails, but despite being confident in her skills, her butter started to overflow and cause a fire on her flattop, much to her embarrassment. Ramsay put the fire out, lectured her to watch her station, and said that he would not let a fire evacuation happen on his watch. Later, she asked Meghan for an opinion on the snapper as, despite deeming it a simple menu, she never worked with snapper before. Then, Sous Chef Andi rejected her snapper for looking too dark, and while Ramsay reminded her about timing, she managed to get her refire accepted. The red team won the service.
During elimination, T said goodbye to Meghan as the latter was transferred to the blue team, and welcomed Josh as a new teammate. While being dismissed, she declared that she would become the new leader of the red team.
While going back to the dorms, T was ecstatic that Meghan was finally out of the red team, and said that it was a great opportunity for her to rise up as a leader.
Before the Blind Taste Test, T noticed something underneath black capes, and began wondering what would happen, before it was revealed that the objects were the dunk tanks from the previous season. She was the first person from the red team to compete, and went up against Milly. She only scored two points as she got carrot and cauliflower, and saved Michelle from being dunked. During Michelle's turn, she was spared from being dunked.
The red team won the challenge after a tie breaker at 9, and they were rewarded with a trip to Petrossian to taste caviar, and a $2,000 shopping spree. During the reward, T said that it was the best thing to happen for the red team at that moment, and called it the most expensive lunch she ever had. While shopping at Kitson, she believed that they bonded as a team, before declaring that they would crush that night’s service.
During the closed charity night dinner service, T was in charge of the pan-seared salmon, declared that she was ready to bust it out, and knew that the red team had to bounce back. When Josh tried micromanaging her cooking, she argued that she knew what she was doing, and got her dishes out with no problem. Later, she told Michelle to fuck off after the latter tried to tell her to plate the same way she did, and it continued through desserts and clean up.
The red team lost the service, and were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, T considered Josh for the overcooked tuna incident, but when he he argued that kitchens were run by communication and listening, and not yelling or attacking people, she felt that the latter was looking like a dick for trying to pass off the blame, even though Michelle agreed with him.
She was not nominated for elimination.
During the King of the Hill Challenge, T received rib cap from her locker, and while she did not know what the fuck it was, she decided to take it. She was the first chef to have her dish judged, said that she was waiting for a challenge like that to come, and said that it was time for her to shine as an individual. She presented her mustard ju rib cap with vegetables and bacon, it was praised for being cooked beautifully, being cohesive, and sat in the throne after. While she won over Milly and Josh's dishes, she was dethroned after Meghan's dish was deemed better.
The red team won the challenge, and they were rewarded with a trip to Catalina Islands, received a private submarine ride, a four-course dinner at the Catalina Country Club, and Vitamix blenders. During the reward, T noticed the fishpedo button inside the submarine, the red team were happy to find that it shot out fish food, and she compared them to mini Jaws as they were fighting for the food.
During prep, while T considered Michelle annoying, she tried to calm down an argument between the latter and Josh. During the Steak Night dinner service, she was on the meat station. At one point, she got annoyed that he snapped at her, and reminded him that they were in Hell’s Kitchen, they were working under Ramsay’s standards, and there were black jackets on the line. That led to a snapping fest between the two as she refused to let Josh talk to her like a child. After Alison sent overcooked salmon, Ramsay relocated her to the fish station, she announced that she needed four minutes on her salmon, asked Josh to get garnish ready, and knew that despite being in a sinking position, she wanted to get rolling and not have fish be the zero instead of a hero. Finally, she got the salmon refire accepted, but Ramsay still had the black jackets come and help the red team complete service.
The red team lost the service, and both teams were asked to nominate two people from the red team. During deliberation, T called the red team’s performance a fucking epic fail, and angrily compared their performance to how a first-day culinary student would perform, before asking Alison what happened that night. Then, she reminded Michelle about the latter's capellini mistake from earlier, and brought up Josh's unfocused performance on garnish.
T was not nominate for elimination, and later, Ramsay gave her the fifth black jacket as she was the best chef on the red team that night, which she called amazing. While being dismissed, she said that only the strong would survive.
Back at the dorms, T said that she faded to black.
During the Taste It Now Make It Challenge, T was paired up with Milly as she was confident in her partner’s abilities. They used sea bass, sake, and shrimp in order to recreate Ramsay's dish. During the cooking, she thought that the fish protein was halibut, but Milly convinced her to use sea bass instead. When it was revealed that the correct protein was sea bass, she was relieved that she trusted Milly's instinct. However, they lost the challenge to Michelle and Nick as they got the sauce for the broth incorrect.
T was punished by participating in recycling day, and making 150 pounds of mashed potatoes for the Midnight Mission. Back at the patio, she said that it was a rewarding punishment. During the punishment, she suggested to Josh that he breathe through his mouth after he was gagging, and called him a child as he was doing very little. While prepping the mashed potatoes, she noticed that Josh had two separate mashed potato pots in front of him, and despite suggesting that he mix them together, he said that he did not have a lot of space. That annoyed her as she accused Josh of doing the easier stuff, asked him to hammer the potatoes, and called him a little bitch. That led to an argument between the two over who was doing their job correctly.
During dinner service, T was on the fish station with Nick. She asked Josh for a time, but the latter failed to give her one until Meghan gave her one. However, she was annoyed that Josh refused to hear anything at services, other than his own head, and called him a dangerous person to work in the kitchen. While she sent up her salmon, Josh felt that the lamb was undercooked, and put it back in the oven, and when the latter tried arguing that he did not know she was going up and that she did not tell him, she stated that she did tell Josh earlier, and accused him of zoning out five minutes ago. After Tatum O'Neal asked for a halibut, she declared that she was going to send out great fish, and O’Neal was happy about her new dish.
After service, Ramsay asked the final six to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, T knew that there were a lot of strong people left, and that it would suck to nominate two of them for elimination. Later, she recalled how Nick had a cold lobster tail sent back.
She was not nominated for elimination.
During the Musicians Portions Challenge, T decided to make a butter poached lobster on top of crème fresh as she felt that the patrons they were serving would like elegant food. She lost the challenge as she received 3% of the votes, with Ramsay calling it embarrassing, and she herself was devastated. However, Milly decided to bring her on his reward, and they went on a helicopter tour of Los Angeles, which she called a reward she would enjoy. During the reward, despite being scared of heights, she ended up enjoying the view of Los Angeles.
During prep, T saw Michelle's unwatched pot smoking, and then, caught on fire. During dinner service, she was on the garnish station. After Michelle's scallops were rejected for having no sear on the bottom, she called it unacceptable. After Milly sent up watery scallops, she called it ridiculous. She was the fourth person to perform as Ramsay's Sous Chef, and knew that stepping up as Ramsay’s Sous Chef was a big opportunity. however, Milly was unresponsive on her call for the scallop refire, and soon after, rejected Nick's Wellingtons for being raw. When she asked Nick for the refire, he did not respond. After her turn was up, she took over the meat station from Nick. However, she found out that Nick failed to put in the lamb, despite it being on the order, and got annoyed when he asked her for a time on the lamb. Later, she found herself in a debacle as Nick’s poor performance had a lot of Wellingtons cut and raw on the station, announced that she needed four more minutes on Wellingtons, and soon after, announced that she only had one Wellington left.
After service, Ramsay asked the final five to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, T said that at that point, they were only as good as their last meal, and declared that nobody was safe in the competition, before asking who made the most mistakes out of all of them. Then, she considered Nick and Michelle for elimination.
T was not nominated for elimination, and expressed shock when Ramsay refused to accept Michelle as a nominee. While being dismissed, she said that with four people remaining, she wanted to prove she could rise to the occasion.
At the patio, T openly declared that nobody would beat her, said that she was not going to give up as she knew everybody else would give it they're all, and that somebody would have to beat her if they had a chance of winning.
During the Vegetarian Budget Challenge, T identified herself as a meatatarian, and that she never ventured into the realm of vegetarianism unless she was forced, blindfolded, kidnapped, and for Ramsay. During the cooking, decided to go back to her roots, and revealed that she was making a vegetarian version of chicken and dumplings with tofu. She was the first person to have her dish judged, and presented her chic pea dumpling in a fennel broth, and ginger butter tofu. Ramsay admitted that while he was never a big fan of tofu before, her dish convinced him, and praised the broth for being delicious, despite saying that the dumplings should have been softer on the inside.
T lost the challenge to Meghan, but was chosen to go on the reward with her. They were rewarded with with a private ride on a motorboat in Newport Beach, received a parasailing experience, and ate at the Studio at the Montage Lagoon Beach for a three-course dinner. During the reward, she admitted that she herself was afraid of heights as well, but felt that it would not be too bad with Meghan by her side, and called parasailing experience exhilarating. During dinner, she called the location amazing.
During prep, while T was proud of making it that far, she knew that she had to continue to propel herself forward, just as a quick flare-up occurred. Before service began, she received a visit from her girlfriend and daughter. During dinner service, she was on the meat station. At one point, she said that she needed one minute for her Wellingtons to cook properly, did not know what was going on, and got fearful that she would be eliminated because of it. After, an impatient Ramsay asked her for a time, and she managed to get the Wellingtons up on time. She was the final person to run the pass, and while she got vocal on orders, she felt immense pressure as she had to prove herself. Then, Sous Chef Andi brought up a Wellington that had lamb inside instead of beef, but she was able to catch that mistake, and orders were being sent out after Sous Chef Andi brought up the real ones. He strong leadership allowed the last couple of orders to be sent out.
After service, Ramsay asked the final four to decide on two people that did not deserve to be in the final two. During deliberation, T considered that Michelle was undeserving due to being nominate three times before, and was shocked when Meghan announced she wanted the latter to be with her in the finals. After, she said that she wanted to go up against Meghan as, despite losing to her twice before, she wanted to whoop her ass, and while she said that everybody wanted to be in the finals, she knew that there were only two spots available.
T announced that that Milly did not deserve to be in the finals for not having the finesse at the moment, while Michelle and Meghan believed that she did not deserve to be in the finals. After Milly's elimination, she was named the second finalist, with Meghan as the first. After Michelle's elimination, Ramsay told the final two that they were in one hell of a finale, and revealed that there was somebody he wanted them to meet. Then, a silhouette was shown through Ramsay’s office, and the episode ended as a cliffhanger.
Continuing from the previous episode, T was excited to see Season 10 Christina, and when going back to the dorms to pack for Las Vegas, she carried Meghan all the way there, while still being in shock that she was in the final two. At Las Vegas, she wondered if she had done anything good in her life to be in Vegas with Christina , and after seeing her hotel room at the Paris Hotel, she was still dumbfounded over being here. After getting some hints from Christina for the final dinner service, she received a newfound inspiration, and declared that she was going to rock. Back at Los Angeles, she was shocked to find out that they were driving down to Ramsay's house, and after meeting his wife and daughter, she called it neat. However, it was soon revealed that it was not actually Ramsay's house, and was the stage for the final challenge.
During the Final Tasting Challenge, T planned on making her dishes simple like she did back at home. On the cold appetizer round, her mock fish & chips with tuna, lotus chips, and avocado mousse was deemed delicious by Anna Kelly, and she scored 8 points. On the hot appetizer round, her rosemary lamb and grilled vegetable tubule was praised for the combination of the two components, deemed a great dish overall, and she scored 8 points. On the fish entrée round, her seared red snapper with polenta cake was praised for having the right amount of heat, not being too spicy, and she scored 9 points. On the chicken entrée round, her pan-roasted chicken and creamy lentils were deemed a professional dish along with being delicious, and she scored 9 points. On the beef entrée round, her pan-seared filet with blue cheese butter and assorted mushrooms was praised for having the beef cooked well, and she scored 8 points. She won the challenge 42-41.
T was rewarded with picking first for her brigade. She picked Milly as her first pick, Nick as her second, Adam as her third, and Christine as her last, hoping that Meghan chances would get hurt by having Randy on her team. Back in Hell's Kitchen, she told her team about station placements, and went through the menu with them. During prep, she found out the Christine did not toast the ravioli on time, and felt that her team was not working together at the moment, as it was her life on the line.
During dinner service, T was confident that Christine always had strong starts on appetizers, but the latter sent under portioned salads to the pass. Later, she found out that Adam's rib cap felt raw, and told him to focus. However, his second attempt was raw again, and after Ramsay warned her that she was dying, she urged Adam to pick it up, but Ramsay felt that things were going slow. Realizing that she was at a critical point, she decided to relocate Adam to garnish, and put Nick on meat. Later, Adam told her that he had no idea what was going on with garnish, and she had Nick come and help the former. Then, she moved Christine on garnish, but the latter's truffle mac was lacking liquid, she was annoyed that the former was screwing her on both sides, and decided to move everybody around to make sure Christine and Adam were driving. While she admitted that she lost all confidence in Christine’s abilities, she decided to be quiet about it as it might affect her confidence. After serving the chef’s table, her team was close to completing service, and after, she admitted that her service was not perfect, she was glad that they pushed hard.
Back in the dorms, T was called a beast by Meghan, she herself believed that while technique could be taught, a person’s heart could not, and believed that her passion would allow her to win. When she came to Ramsay's office, Ramsay told her that she was an outspoken leader in the kitchen, and more importantly, thrived under pressure. Then, she stood in front of a door, knowing it would open only if she was the winner. After waiting nervously for Ramsay's countdown to end, she turned the handle, but her door did not open.
T became the runner-up, took her loss gracefully, felt that going up against Meghan was an honor, and was thankful for the experience, before congratulating the latter on her victory.
|Week 15||Runner Up|
Season 18 Edit
T, along with the other veterans, were in disguise when they arrived to Hell's Kitchen, unknown to the rookies. When they arrived to Hell's Kitchen, they were welcomed by Marino and the Sous Chefs, and were given butternut squash risotto for lunch. She was the sixth veteran to reveal herself, and while she knew that rookies were only a name, she also knew that if they could not work the line, then they deserved to go home.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, T went up against Motto, and she was the first person from the blue team to have her dish judged. Before tasting her dish, Ramsay recalled how she was one of the most competitive chefs he had ever worked with, with some clips of Season 14 backing up his claim. After, she said that she still had the passion, but had some determination along with it. She made shrimp and grits with Worchester and beer to the sauce, and while Ramsay felt that the sauce tasted delicious, the shrimps were criticized for being overcooked, and she scored 3 points. After, she tasted Motto's dish, and agreed with Ramsay that it needed salt. After Scotley said that he was voted the hottest chefs in Atlanta overall, she sarcastically congratulated him for that. The veterans lost the challenge after a tie at 29, and they were punished by prepping both kitchens for the following service, shelling sunflower seeds, and prepping the mushroom duxelles. During the punishment, she called it the longest punishment she had ever done, and later, joined Bret in mocking the rookie's cheering.
During the Creative Risotto Challenge, T was the first veteran to have her dish judged by Ramsay, and presented her scallop risotto with leeks and tomato relish. Despite Ramsay commenting on how he did not like relish overall, he felt that it worked on her dish, and deemed it better than Chris’ dish. After, she commented that she was back in her element, and knew what Ramsay wanted. Despite believing that Gizzy's vegetarian risotto would not beat her's, she lost the challenge after the former dethroned her.
During dinner service, T was on the appetizer station with Heather. At the start, she wanted to showcase her leadership skills as she could burn, but sent up a risotto that had more of a cheese taste than tomato, and Ramsay told her to lay off on the cheese. Despite that, she got her refire accepted, and the veterans won the service.
Back at the dorms, T told Trev that she wanted to address the fact that the former and Jen could not cook as she did not want a clusterfuck of a nightmare after Trev argued that he was on point that night.
During the Marine Service Challenge, T was on the salad station with Jen. She was not seen, the veterans lost the challenge, and they were punished by prepping squid for a calamari dish in that night’s service.
During prep, T and Ariel had a discussion over how much heavy cream should be used for the Beurre Blanc sauce. During dinner service, she was on the meat station with Roe. At one point, she had a shouting match with Jen, accused the latter of being unable to cook, and felt that she came back in order to promote her chef jackets. Both teams were named joint-winners.
Before the Winter Soup Challenge, T was paired up with Ariel, and they were the second pair from the veterans to sled down. After crossing the finish line, she commented that she never went sledding before. She was the fourth person from the veterans to have her dish judged, and presented her Appalachian inspired soup. It was praised for the flavors and presentation, and she scored eight points. The veterans lost the challenge 41-51, and they were punished by cleaning all 30 tons of the snow off the front entrance.
During dinner service, T was on the garnish station. She was not seen that night, both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two each.
T was not nominated for elimination, she said goodbye to Bret, Kevin, and Trev as they were reassigned to the red team, while welcoming Gizzy, Kanae, and Mia as new teammates as Ramsay decided to end the Rookies Vs. Veterans team format, and brought back the battle of the sexes.
Before the Seven-Way Cooking Challenge, T commented that the halibut dropping was the same as the snake dropping back from Season 14. During the cooking, she and Gizzy discovered that the latter's halibut was overcooked on the surface, but raw on the inside. During Gizzy's turn, she prayed that the former fixed her dish, which Gizzy did. She received wood-burning oven for her cooking method, was the final person from the blue team to have her dish judged, and went up against Trev. She made a halibut with ginger sake broth, it was praised for a super tasty fish, and after being sent back in line, she said that she could taste the victory for the women. She won that round over Trev, the blue team won the challenge 5-3, they were rewarded with a VR experience at VR Territory, and received Vitamix blenders.
During dinner service, T was on the fish station. Before receiving their first order, she admitted how excited she was having the female rookies on the blue team as they were strong in challenges, and welcomed them while trying not to sound creepy. Then, she was struggling on the scallops, and only had one order ready while dragging on another, but due to some miscommunication, Ariel sent up the pan of scallops that she deemed not good to send up, and sure enough, Ramsay rejected them for looking milky. That pissed her off, she told Ariel to never touch any of her stuff ever again, and she got the refire accepted. When Gizzy was not confident on her lamb, she toke the lead, and ordered Roe to give the former an extra minute, before saying that Gizzy had to cook with confidence. However, Ramsay reminded her to let Mia and Gizzy run their stations, and that they would be eliminated if they sank the blue kitchen. The blue team won the service.
After Kevin's elimination, T said that the former’s elimination was a wake-up call for everybody.
Back at the dorms, T said that the female rookies had to stop double-guessing themselves, and that they should bring their A++ games for an eventual finale.
During the Potato Challenge, T decided to make a meatloaf as it was a dish she made before, before believing that it was her challenge to win. When the blue team had to sit out a dish to even the teams up at six each, she pushed for her dish to be judged. She was the first person from the blue team to have her dish judged, and went up against Jose. She made a red garnet and sweet potato squash were criticized for tasting grainy, the peas not being peeled, and she scored 3 points. The blue team lost the challenge after a 40 point tie, and when it was revealed that Kanae's dish would have scored 8 points if used, she did not want to think about it. The blue team was punished by prepping 100 pounds of potatoes for Steak Night. Back at the dorms, Kanae reminded her that she could have won it for them with a possible 8, as she and Gizzy scored 3 points each.
During the Steak Night dinner service, T was on the meat station with Heather. At one point, she said that they were ready with their first table, but that was delayed when Kanae had problems on the branzino. Then, she called it an honor to be on meat during Steak Night, felt that she and Heather would be a power couple that night, and that she knew what she was doing as she ran meat by herself before. However, their steak was very rare, and then, their refire was now overcooked, with her angrily saying that Heather had one job, leading to an argument between the two, before their third attempt was rare. After, she blamed Heather for not checking the meat for her, and shut the latter out, though an annoyed Ariel told them to stop arguing. Later, she bitterly ordered Heather to walk the steaks up, but the latter commented that a please would have been nice, and the refire was finally accepted. On their next ticket, Heather asked her for a time, but she did not respond to her, leading Heather to comment that she could not lead if she was acting like a bitch and not communicating. When she sent up the steak, it was raw, and drove Ramsay to his knees and nearly broke tears, leading him to kick the blue team out of the kitchen.
The blue team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, T argued that meat did not break down that much, and blamed Heather for being the weak link, but the latter argued that she was not the issue that night. However, that led to another argument between her and Heather over who had more control on meat, with the latter refusing to be intimidated by her, and was reminded that the steak that got them kicked out was her own.
T was named the blue team's first nominee for elimination, with Heather as the second. During her plea, Heather explained how she shut her out during service, but she herself argued that she did not shut down, and that she made an executive decision not to let Heather touch her meat. She was eliminated for her poor performance on meat, and refusing to communicate with Heather, her station partner. Before leaving, Ramsay told her that while she was a bloody good chef, there were eleven chefs that were performing better than her. During her exit interview, she felt that Ramsay was trying to push her harder, and called her elimination unfair.
