He began expediting orders to the chefs, and saw that Michelle’s scallops had no sear on the bottom. Thanks to strong leadership, they were sending out food to the customers, and after his turn was over, Ramsay praised him for being vocal, and for his attention to detail. He would take over the fish station from Michelle, but soon got annoyed by the latter's constant “pick it up” request. He was struggling to find the backup scallops as Michelle never told him where they were, and stated that it was not easy jumping into a station when somebody else had their own system. Ramsay urged him not to slow down, but he argued that he was working both appetizers and entrées at the same time. While Meghan and T brought up their dishes, he was late getting his stuff up, and then, Michelle found out that his scallops had no sear on the bottom. While he was frustrated by that, he kept on working, and got his refire accepted. Later, he sent up watery scallops, was disappointed that Ramsay was watching him in the weeds now, and then, he sent up overcooked scallops. After, Ramsay took them to the back pantry, and asked him if it was good enough. Milly was not nominated for elimination, and later, he said goodbye to Josh as the latter was reassigned to the red team while welcoming Robyn as a new teammate. While being dismissed, he remarked that the blue team’s plan was to get rid of Josh no matter what the outcome was.[20]

During dinner service, Milly was on the garnish station. At one point, he got confused about what garnishes were needed for each entrée and asked Nick what to do. Then, he did not respond to Robyn’s request to slice her Wellingtons and sent up his garnishes up to the pass with no warning. That led to Ramsay reminding him to communicate with his teammates and asked the blue team if they wanted to lose that night. Both teams were named joint winners.[21]

During the Pizza Fusion Challenge, Milly decided to go up against Jennifer, and they got Morocco. During the cooking, he knew that he had an idea on a Moroccan pizza. He was the second person from the blue team to have his dish judged, and while he was a little concerned, he noticed that Jennifer’s pizza had a lot of unidentifiable toppings on them. He made a Moroccan curry meatball pizza, it was praised for having great flavors, despite being dry as Marino noticed a lack of a sauce, and he won that round over Jennifer. Despite hoping that Giovanni had it in the bag, the latter disappointed the blue team with a poor pizza. The blue team lost the challenge 2-3, and they were punished by ironing the tablecloths ahead of night’s Italian Night dinner service, and prep the oils and Parmesan cheese for each table. During the punishment, he was getting tired of grating the cheese.
During the Italian Night dinner service, Milly was on the appetizer station with Benjamin. When the blue team was sent into the pantry room after Van and Giovanni's raw lamb, he dubbed it “Ramsay’s dungeon”. When Jared called out inconsistent timings, he accused the former of lying to them due to his poor performance. The blue team lost the service and were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, he told Van that he was his consideration as he was the one that sent up the raw lamb, and it was a major sin.

He was the third person from the blue team to leave the kitchen. When the rounds kept ending in ties, he did not mind them as the blue team was in the lead by that point. The blue team won the challenge 5-3, and they were rewarded with a trip at a rock-climbing gym, and having lunch at Bourbon Steak at Americana with the Sous Chefs. During the reward, his underwear was showing as his harness was slipping, and while Nick jokingly said that he was twerking, he had no shame showing off his designer underwear, before commenting how hard it was to climb rocks. During lunch, he called the food fucking great.
Milly was Nick's third nominee to compete in the Cook For Your Life Challenge as the latter felt he needed to step it up, but he argued against that. He was after Robyn and Giovanni, and they were joined by Manda, Barbie, and Elise from the red team. During the cooking, wondered why Nick would nominate him as he loved working with the ingredients provided. He was the second person to have his dish judged and boasted that he was ready to throw down the perfect recreation of Ramsay’s dish. Ramsay praised the dish for looking beautiful, having the right ratio of pasta and oyster, and a beautifully cooked oyster. However, Ramsay asked him what was missing on the dish, and while he struggled on it, Ramsay revealed that he cooked five oysters instead of the six required, much to his embarrassment. Despite that, Ramsay deemed his attempt better than Manda’s, and he was the first person sent upstairs to safety. When he went back upstairs, he was welcomed with open arms.[23]

During dinner service, Milly was on the appetizer station with Robyn. At the start, he boasted that he was about to pull out a strong performance on appetizers that night, and after he and Robyn got their appetizers accepted, he was proud of his accomplishment. When the blue team continued to have a strong performance, he compared them to a great symphony, before calling them true All-Stars, but was annoyed when Robyn kept calling her teammates "baby". During the reward, he admitted that he never flew in a private jet before, and proclaimed that he was going to fly like that for the rest of his life.
During dinner service, Milly was on the meat station with Robyn. At one point, he sent up raw New York striploin and felt that things were in slow motion. Despite claiming that he needed ten more minutes on the refire, Benjamin pointed out that there were thirteen other steaks on his station he could have used. Despite that, he got the refire accepted. When Van performed slowly, he accused the former of having a longer night at Las Vegas than himself. Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two each. During deliberation, he told Van that he had the most struggles the entire night, and was considered for elimination by Robyn and Benjamin. However, he refused to believe that he was weak over one poor steak and that he believed that the blue team did not think he could become Ramsay’s head chef at Las Vegas.
Milly was named the blue team's second nominee for elimination, with Robyn as the first, and they were joined by Van. During his plea, he said that he had the most passion of the blue team, and was confident in his cooking standards. During the Blind Taste Test, Milly was spared from the punishments during Robyn's turn, and he was grateful that her palate was on point. He was the fourth person from the blue team to compete and went up against Elise. While he incorrectly guessed the first two ingredients, resulting in Benjamin getting the cannon punishment, the challenge ended after Elise incorrectly guessed the third ingredient, and the blue team won the challenge 8-2. They were rewarded with lunch at Roy Yamaguchi’s Hawaiian Fusion lunch and received Vitamix blenders. During the reward, he was happy as shit due to missing out on the Vitamix reward back in Season 14, and during lunch, he commented that they had a full spread of food for them.
During the Charity Night dinner service, Milly's scallops were getting darker than needed for Nick's course. He oversaw the striped bass course, was direct with the blue team, delegating roles to Ramsay’s approval, and he wanted to make sure everybody on the blue team was doing something. He got his course out first, Ramsay praised him for a great job, and he said that while it was good to hear that, it felt better that his teammates heard that. During Benjamin's course, his froi gras was rejected for being cold, but he was able to get the refire accepted. The blue team won the service.
After elimination, Milly said that the red team has been arguing since day one, before saying that he did not see any of them at the head chef position.[26]
Episode 11[]
- Main article: Episode 1711 - Trying to Pasta Test
During the Budget Challenge, Milly was seen asking for ground chicken, and during the cooking, he announced his plan on a smoked chicken meatball pasta. Despite Robyn not thinking it was a smart move he believed that he was doing a lot of things to elevate his dishes flavor, and was confident in it. He was the third person from the blue team to have his dish judged, went up against Michelle, and presented his smoked chicken meatballs with garlic noodles. They were criticized for looking average, tasting bland and boring, and tasting way too dry. Because of that, he scored only $53. The blue team lost the challenge $313-$320, and they were punished by cleaning up the racks in the pantry rooms. During the punishment, he knew that everybody hated him for his low scoring dish, but he wanted to bust his ass on the clean-up, and kill service that night. However, he was seen not doing much of the clean-up, irritating Robyn.
During dinner service, Milly was on the fish station. After Robyn accidentally talked over Ramsay, he commented that they should all shut the fuck up when Ramsay is talking. When both teams were at their final three tickets each, he was determined to beat the red team as the blue team got another order sent out. The blue team won the service.[27]
Episode 12[]
- Main article: Episode 1712 - Five is the New Black
When the chefs were watching David and Dania's quick-change performance, Milly asked the latter if she could come to show his girlfriend how to change that fast. During the first Black Jackets Challenge, also known as the Taste It Now Make It Challenge, he recalled liking that challenge, despite losing to both Michelle and Nick back in Season 14, but was determined to win the first challenge. He used sea bass, white asparagus and Romanesco, and Yukon potatoes in order to recreate Ramsay's dish. However, he grabbed cauliflower to trip his team up as he felt they were spying on his work. He not only got the fish protein correct, but he got both purées correct and earned the first black jacket. After, he hoped that everybody was eating humble pie, especially Nick as the latter nominated him for the Cook For Your Life Challenge, and called him one of the weakest three chefs.
Milly and Nick spent the rest of the day in the Black Jackets Lounge, and after seeing the lounge, he said that he was in heaven. They were later joined by Michelle, Benjamin, and Robyn, and after celebrating their milestone, he believed he was going to keep being number one through the rest of the competition.[28]
Episode 13[]
- Main article: Episode 1713 - Stars Heating Up Hell
During the Cooking School Challenge, Milly was paired up with NFL’s Ricky Williams, and during the cooking, while the latter was a little intimidated over cooking three dishes in 45 minutes, he himself was confident that they would win. They were the third pair to have their dish judged and presented their three-way sea bass. It was praised for complex elements working together, taking over the winner chairs over Robyn and Reggie Miller.
Milly lost the challenge after being dethroned by Michelle, and he was punished by participating in deep cleaning day, which included cleaning the front entrance carpet. During the punishment, while he was disappointed in losing, he would never forget cooking with All-Star athletes. Then, he decided to snack on the leftovers from the challenge, annoying Benjamin and Robyn. Later, Robyn asked him if he could help her carry a big pot to the back, but when the latter refused to do that, she got irritated by that and accused him of acting like he was too good to help clean up, which continued when the three were cleaning up the front entrance carpet. However, he told Robyn to leave him alone as he was already aggravated by cleaning up.
During prep, despite telling Sous Chef Jocky that he was ready, Milly asked Nick for some help prepping the appetizer station, with Sous Chef Jocky telling him to focus. During dinner service, he was on the appetizer station. When service began, he notices that Wyclef Jean had two women next to him. On their first ticket, he believed he was ready to pump out appetizers, but continued to be disorganized as he was missing pans, annoying Nick, with the latter even getting grossed out by his messy station. Then, Ramsay informed him that the pan for his risotto was burning, they were forced to start over and was reminded that he would produce a mess if he worked in a mess. Due to his confusion over the changing tickets, he asked both Nick and Robyn to help him out, but despite all those problems, the first table of appetizers was accepted. However, Ramsay warned him that if he could not cook a tartare and risotto all at once, then he would not be around much longer. When Robyn accidentally upset Ramsay over a miscommunication flaw, he knew that it was not a good idea to argue with Ramsay.
After service, Michelle was named the Best of the Best. During deliberation, Milly believed he had the fewest number of mistakes that night compared to the others but acknowledged to Michelle that he needed to learn more techniques in certain areas. Later, he and Nick discussed the burnt Brussel sprout incident that night.
Milly was named Michelle's second nominee for elimination, with Robyn as the first. During his plea, he said that he improved a lot in his seasons, but Robyn accused him of being held up by everybody else, leading to an argument about who was weaker. Then, Robyn reminded him of how he barely helped on the punishment that day, but he accused her of being a liar. He survived elimination, but before Robyn left, she warned him that she would see him on the streets. While being dismissed, he said that he would call the police if Robyn attacked him in the streets.[29]
Episode 14[]

Before heading back to the dorms, Ramsay called Milly back to the front, told him that he has a lot of strength and talent, but told him that there was no reason to argue with the other chefs as he felt he was better than that. He thanked Ramsay for the pep talk and agreed that he had to block out the haters. The next day, he was reunited with his girlfriend and infant son and commented that after seeing his baby boy make progress in life, it was time for himself to make progress in the competition.
During the Holiday Dish Challenge, Milly commented that everybody left has proven to belong in the final four, it was time to rise above the rest as he was making a green bean casserole with lobster mac and cheese. When the time was running out, he had to push himself to plate every one of his components. After hearing his girlfriend's critiques, he admitted that she did not have a greatly refined palate. He was the final person to have his dish judged and presented his lobster tail mac and cheese. While it was criticized for having a chewy lobster and having a messy presentation, it was praised for having big portions.
Milly lost the challenge as he did not receive any votes, and punished by cleaning up the Christmas decorations and detailing the Hell’s Kitchen SUV's. During the punishment, he left streaks on the vehicle and decided to clean the vehicles Philly style. Later, he, along with Michelle and Nick, agreed to have Season 14 in the finale.
During dinner service, Milly was on the fish station. He was the second person to run the pass, Ramsay urged him to show improvements from Season 14 as he recalled how he struggled last time and believed that it was the biggest dinner service of his life, before refusing to let his boys down. However, he failed to recognize an improperly written ticket as it asked for no pork despite no pork entrées were even asked and declared that he was 100% after that. Afterwards, he rejected Benjamin's carbonara since it needed more salt. He became more demanding on the chefs afterwards as he rejected Sous Chef Christina’s shrimp instead of the lobster tails ordered, even though Benjamin said that it was not a hard mistake to notice, and then, he rejected Michelle’s potatoes for lacking salt. Then, Michelle’s second attempt came out salty, and when she did not respond to his’s orders, Ramsay accused her of sabotaging him. After his turn, he felt that he did better than he did back in Season 14. Later, his halibut was rejected for being undercooked, sent up an overcooked egg, and caused a small fire on his station. As they were clearing down, he tearfully wanted the Head Chef position very badly.
After service, Ramsay asked the final four to name one person that deserved to be the finale. During deliberation, Milly felt that he wanted to go up against Nick as he deemed the latter the best of the four, and then, he and Benjamin felt that Michelle had an unbusy performance in the previous service.
At elimination, Milly said that he wanted to compete against Nick in the finale and argued that he deserved to be in the finale due to improving since Season 14 by fighting back. He was eliminated, but before leaving, Ramsay told the latter how happy he was to give him a second chance, praised his energy and confidence. Then, Ramsay offered him a chance to spend a week in London to stag over his own restaurant, hoping that it would improve his skills in the culinary industry. He happily accepted the offer, could keep his jacket, and during his exit interview, he received a retrospective montage. At the end of the episode, he received the burning picture sequence.
Ramsay's comment: “Milly has had two fantastic runs in Hell’s Kitchen. I’m personally going to make sure that big, kindhearted man with so much culinary passion gets the right training he deserves.” [30]

During prep, Milly was pumped to beat the blue team, especially because Benjamin had both Barbie and Robyn. During dinner service, he was on the meat station. After seeing Dana struggle on the Hamachi dish, he got dismayed as they should never be held back by a cold appetizer. Later, he praised Michelle for working with a chef like Elise, but on their next ticket, he asked Michelle if he was cooking four chickens on the next order, only for Nick to call out the order incorrectly for a nine-top table, confusing him. Michelle eventually won the finale over Benjamin, and during the celebration, Ramsay reminded him about the deal they had and hoped to see him in London.[32]
