However, Ramsay saw that the chicken was raw after slicing it, he got berated for not even checking them before putting them on the bun, and Brendan asked how he could screw that up. Then, Ramsay threatened the men with automatic elimination if one more person sent up raw chicken, before urging them to bounce back. Later, he had Nick check on his chicken refire, and despite the latter and Josh being concerned that it was not cooked properly, it was deemed acceptable, and he decided to stop second-guessing himself. Then, while he pointed out that Nick never took responsibility for the fish station’s failures, he told Brendan that he reminded him of people that were more successful than him, but could not get on the line and burn. Then, he went on a rant about it as Adam tried to calm him down, with him telling Brendan that he should go back to the kitchen line, but the latter felt that he was directing all of his pent up anger from the past that was not his fault.

However, Ramsay saw the imperfect Wellington, showed the men the pieces that he compared to doorsteps, and Adam said that he should have known better than to send up a noticeable mistake. However, he argued that he did not know the Wellington’s would have been rejected for being cut wrong, and revealed that he had another one ready to go. He was not deemed the weakest chef on the blue team by his teammates, and therefore did not compete in the Cook For Your Life Challenge.
During the challenge, Milly's confidence rose after Randy's lobster risotto received praise. But later, he got confused on what would happen as Randy and Christine made mistakes during the challenge. He was in charge of the tuna nicosia salad course, had his teammates help him with the plating, but when Ramsay caught Nick wiping the plates with a dirty cloth, and lectured both him and the latter for it. Despite that, he was able to send out his dishes with no problems. While clearing down, he warned Randy that from now on, the only thing they would be talking about was food after the latter confronted the blue team about the plate incident. During the cooking, he explained that he was pairing his New York striploin with a cream sauce, and said that he could not get a steak looking better than that. He was the second chef to have his dish judged, and presented his New York striploin and rosemary fondue. It was criticized for very close to the raw side, and he was unable to dethrone T.

During the punishment, he got annoyed by Josh's complaints, and called him a dumbass.
During prep, Milly felt that Josh was not making sense with his talking, did not want his help, and told him to shut up, before calling him Uncle Randy as he was asking the same questions multiple times. During the reward, he was excited as neither he nor T rode in a helicopter before.
During dinner service, Milly was the first chef up to serve as Ramsay's Sous Chef. Ramsay urged him to speak out more, and knew that he had to be on top of his game as any food sent back would be on him. He began expediting orders to the chefs, and saw that Michelle’s scallops had no sear on the bottom. Thanks to strong leadership, they were sending out food to the customers, and after his turn was over, Ramsay praised him for being vocal, and for his attention to detail. He would take over the fish station from Michelle, but soon got annoyed by the latter's constant “pick it up” request. He was was struggling to find the backup scallops as Michelle never told him where they were, and stated that it was not easy jumping into a station when somebody else had their own system. Ramsay urged him not to slow down, but he argued that he was working both appetizers and entrées at the same time. While Meghan and T brought up their dishes, he was late getting his stuff up, and then, Michelle found out that his scallops had no sear on the bottom. While he was frustrated by that, he kept on working, and got his refire accepted. Later, he sent up watery scallops, was disappointed that Ramsay was watching him in the weeds at the moment, and then, he sent up overcooked scallops. After, Ramsay took them to the back pantry, and asked him if it was good enough. Then, he was unresponsive on T’s request for scallops, and despite Meghan telling him to step it up, he was able to get his third attempt accepted. After seeing the mess on the meat station from Nick, he accused the latter of going down in flames at the pass due to it. After, he was unresponsive on the salmon order, and despite Ramsay accusing him of going quiet, he got his dishes served.
After service, Ramsay asked the final five to nominate two people for elimination. He was the second person to have his dish judged by Ramsay, and presented his ricotta and spinach soufflé. When he revealed that his fifteen-year-old son ate that dish before, Ramsay asked him if he ate that dish before at that age, but he replied that he did not, and wanted to give his son the life he never had. He was the first person to run the pass, and while he felt that he was comfortable reading out the tickets and driving his team, he found out that the ticket had no entrées on it while calling out the order. Ramsay reminded him to look at the ticket before calling it out, and he told Marino about the mistake. then, he failed to notice that Sous Chef Andi sent up a risotto with crab instead of lobster until Ramsay told him, and he admitted that he should have caught it. Despite that, his composure remained strong, appetizers were being sent out, and he caught Sous Chef Andi bring up mussels without mussels, much to Ramsay’s praise. Later, he got annoyed by Meghan's leadership as he was trying to cook his appetizers, and when he brought up his dishes, Meghan rejected his risotto for lacking mascarpone. After, his refire was rejected for being soupy and messy, Ramsay accused him of sabotaging her, and stated that his finesse was gone, before accusing him of giving up. Despite that, his third attempt was accepted.
After service, Ramsay asked the final four to decide on who should not be in the final two. During deliberation, Milly argued that that he deserved to be in the final two for being comfortable at the pass, and believed that T should be with him in the final two, even though Michelle thought otherwise.
At elimination, Milly said that Michelle did not deserve to be in the final two as he he felt she had a lot of room to grow and that she talked back a lot, while T and Meghan felt that he did not deserve to be in the finals. He was the first person that Ramsay announced would not be in the final two, therefore eliminating him. Before leaving, Ramsay praised him for his great heart, having a bright future in the industry, and that he should be proud of his accomplishments. He received a retrospective montage during his exit interview.
Ramsay gave no comment on his elimination, and he did not receive the coat hanging and portrait burning sequence.
Milly was one of the eight chefs who returned for the final dinner service. He was T's first pick, followed by Nick, Adam, and Christine, and was the first pick overall. He was honored of being picked first, before saying that he would put it all on the line.
