Milly was a big competitor, who loved the show a lot. He was very emotional, even questioning if he was not experienced enough to be on the show. On season 17, he came in with the same drive and exhibited more confidence in his ability, slowly showing his skills as a leader from time to time. Also, he was not afraid to call out teammates, such as Giovanni and Josh, for fundamental mistakes. During some challenges, he showed occasional flashes of brilliant execution.
Season 14 Edit
Season 17 Edit
Milly was the first contestant to enter the lobby. He briefly gets jealous when Ashley bear-hugs Jared upon the latter's entry, and is not particularly excited to see Josh, with whom he feuded during Season 14.
He scored 4 points during the Signature Dish Challenge with pork chops.
During the Bar Menu Challenge, Milly won immunity with his hand-cut fries with lobster cheese sauce dish. During dinner service he served shrimp and pasta tableside, along with Dana.
Milly's leadership was a significant reason the blue team was able to win its second dinner service in a row.
The blue team lost the team challenge. During punishment, Milly called out Josh for bragging about his 3-hour work day.
After the blue team lost service, Milly was asked for the nominees. Nobody was eliminated, but the blue team was happy to have gotten rid of Josh.
On the garnish station, he needed Nick's help to translate items such as "babaghanoush" and "couscous". It didn't matter, however, when both teams were declared winners.
At the beginning of the episode, Milly stated that his rival Josh deserved to be eliminated during service because he was not on anyone's level and also gave poor attitude.
During the pizza team challenge, his Moroccan-themed pizza beat Jennifer's, but the blue team lost.
During dinner service, the blue team lost, even though Milly didn't make any significant errors during service. He told Giovanni that anyone who serves raw meat should automatically be nominated, but his team overruled him.
The blue team won the Last Man Standing challenge and was rewarded with a rock climbing trip, where everyone made fun of Milly's boxer shorts.
Nick put him up for the Cook for Your Life challenge. He executed the dish so well that Ramsay gave him a pass for serving 5 oysters instead of 6.
During the Cave Meat Challenge, Milly did not score a point, but the blue team managed to win anyways, and was rewarded with a mountain retreat. During the punishment, the red team had to clean out the dorms, where Jennifer found some old cheeseburgers underneath a pile of his clothes.
During dinner service, in a confessional, he voiced his disapproval of Robyn calling everyone "baby". Otherwise, the blue team won the service with no further setbacks.
Milly scored over Elise on the snapper during the team challenge, contributing to his team's victory. They got to spend the night at Caesar's Palace in Vegas and ride the worlds' tallest Ferris wheel.
Milly brought up raw New York strip during service, with Ramsay's criticism being broadcast in slow motion for emphasis. He was one of the blue team's nominees for elimination, but was saved when Van was eliminated instead.
Episode 10 Edit
During the Blind Taste Challenge, Milly did not score any points, unlike his previous performance. Fortunately for him, he went against Elise, who was even worse; by that time, it would be mathematically impossible for the red team to catch the blue. Ramsay declared the challenge over, handing the blue team the victory. They all got to stay at Caesar's Palace in Vegas and ride the world's tallest Ferris wheel.
During the charity night dinner service, he overcooked scallops for Nick's appetizer, but his leadership on the striped bass entree was the best on the blue team.
Episode 11 Edit
The pasta challenge did not end well for Milly, as his chicken meatball pasta with zucchini strings was not only unimaginative, but also tasted dry. He earned the lowest score of the whole lot, and the blue team lost the challenge by only 7 points. During the punishment, Robyn expressed visible outrage over his performance.
Fortunately he did not commit any major errors during dinner service, which was a win for the blue team.
Milly received a black jacket in the first challenge along with Nick, and the two subsequently welcomed Michelle, Benjamin, and Robyn to the black jacket team. He was the only one to get the protein (sea bass) and both purees (white asparagus, romanesco) correct, and even attempted a decoy on Robyn by pretending to add cauliflower to his puree, knowing that she had picked it.
During the star cooking challenge, Milly was paired with Ricky Williams. Their dish was judged third, beating Robyn's, but losing to Michelle's. During the punishment, Robyn called him out for eating instead of pitching in.
During dinner service, Milly was on hot appetizers. On the first ticket, he made a mess while cooking carbonara and Ramsay had to alert him of his pan catching fire. Nick and Benjamin helped him out on the ticket and Ramsay reminded him to step up. He later joined Nick in calling out Benjamin for responding to Ramsay "Oui Chef!"
Milly and Robyn were nominated for elimination after service. During the elimination process, they quarreled over whether or not he coasted through the rest of service after finishing his assignment on hot apps, as well as over his role during the last two punishments. Ramsay broke up the fight and sent Milly back in line. Robyn threatened to fight him in the streets as she was walking out the door, but he was not particularly intimidated.

- (to Josh): "You wanna hear it again? Y'all wanna hear it again? You can't BURN."
- (to Robyn after his nomination): "Robyn, you'll see me in the streets? If you do something to me in the streets, I'll call the cops on your crazy-ass. If that's you want to do. Oh, I know why, because I'll be in the fucking kitchen! Bye, girl."
