Episode 8Edit

Back in the dorms, Sabrina asked Jillian why she nominated her and while she said that she did not know who else to vote for, Sabrina rudely dismissed it. That caused her to call Sabrina both a baby and the weakest link since day one, while adding on that she was sick and tired of carrying her. Then, she told Nona and Gail that there was no way Sabrina could win Hell’s Kitchen.

During the Budget Challenge, Jillian paired up with Gail on the pork dish. While cooking their dish, she expressed concern for Sabrina as lentils took 45 minutes to cook. While she did not present her and Gail's dish, the red team won the challenge $110 to $101 and were rewarded with a sail boat trip, ate a waterfront dinner at the Maya hotel, and received salsa lessons. During dinner service, Jillian was on the appetizer station. She got the red team off to a strong start with her appetizers and because of that, the red team’s appetizers were sent out quickly. Later, she was relocated to the meat station after Nona was ejected from service. The red team won dinner service, and Ramsay singled her out as one of the best performed from the red team along with Sabrina. Back in the dorms, she comforted Nona about her poor performance and reminded her that one of the men would be sent home.

Episode 10Edit

During the sixth and final round, she went to grab the salmon from the oven, she burned her hand and dropped the salmon on the floor as time ran out. The missing salmon would haunt her as the red team lost the challenge 1-2 and was forced to participate in delivery day and clean up both kitchens. During punishment, she felt that if her teammates hated her for dropping the salmon on the ground despite burning her hand, she did not and later told Sabrina and Nona that she felt Gail did nothing during the challenge.

For their next service, both teams got a chance to create their own menus. During dinner service, Jillian was on the garnish station. She was not seen much that night except for being relocated to the fish station after Gail got ejected. Both teams were named joint-losers, and Ramsay asked everybody to nominate who they personally thought were not deserving to be in the final six.

Jillian nominated Trev for elimination while receiving no votes herself. She received the second black jacket.

Episode 11Edit

During the Amuse Bouche Challenge, Jillian felt nervous cooking for a lot of Michelin star chefs and admitted that she thought Michelin was a tire. She was the third person to present their dish and made a grilled pita bread, lemon crema sauce, and sautéed vegetables. The dish’s presentation was deemed boring and only received 32 points, and the flavors were deemed boring as well and got 33, leaving her with a final score of 65. She lost the challenge to Russell and was forced to clean up the dorms and prep for that night’s service.

When Ramsay put Nona on serving Steak Diane tableside, Jillian secretly wanted Trev out in the dining room. During dinner service, she was on the garnish station. At one point, when she brought up her mashed potatoes, Ramsay said that it tasted too salty.

She was not nominated for elimination.

Episode 12Edit

Back in the dorms, Jillian told Nona and Russell that Gail fucked her over and unless she got her shit together, she could be the next one eliminated and felt that the pressure is getting to her. After, she revealed that she thought that herself, Russell, and Nona might be the final three at the end.

During the 80 Food Truck Challenge, Jillian made a herbed chicken with mixed vegetables. She lost the challenge to Gail and was forced to clean up the front entrance of Hell’s Kitchen ahead of tomorrow night’s dinner service and clean the food trucks used for that challenge. During punishment, she got into an argument with Russell over his decision to use octopus for his dish, but was called creative as a cardboard box by him. Later that night, she was not impressed with Gail's new look and said that it did not ignore that Gail sucked and would be the next one eliminated.

During prep, Jillian refused to help Gail as it was every man for themselves by that point. During dinner service, she was on the fish station. Despite revealing that she never made scallops before, she rejected Nona’s offer for a demonstration as she figured they would be easy to do. That bite her in the ass soon enough as her first attempt came out overcooked and was forced to start over. Despite receiving help from Russell, she continued to struggle. Later, she did not have her halibut seared on time, but thanks to some help from Russell, she got it accepted. After Ramsay came back from his brief exit from the restaurant, she was relocated to the garnish station. But, she sent up a raw egg and was ejected from dinner service after being called rude. After dinner service, Ramsay singled her out for struggling on scallops and said that she had better services weeks ago when there were still red and blue teams, while adding on that she may not belong here anymore.

Despite her poor performance, Jillian was not nominated that night. However, that did not stop Ramsay for railing on her for sending up a raw egg, even though she argued that she fought back every time in Hell’s Kitchen.

Episode 13Edit

Back in the dorms, Jillian said that she felt white as a ghost and knew that she would have to fight back after her poor performance in dinner service. Then, she admitted to Russell that she did not think Trev would be in the final four.

During the Taste It Now Make It Challenge, Jillian used pork, yam, celery root, cabbage, bacon, and chicken stock to recreate Ramsay's dish. She only got the chicken stock for the sauce correct before she was out of the running due to using pork instead of veal for her dish. She lost the challenge to Nona and was forced to prep the kitchen for that night's dinner service and iron the tablecloths and Ramsay’s chef jackets. She was not happy when Nona picked Russell instead of her to come with her to the spa and called her a bitch. During punishment, she was fed up with doing punishments and while ironing, she and Trev planned on nominating Nona and Russell even if they did well at dinner service as they wanted the underdogs to win.

During prep, Jillian rudely snipped at Nona before Ramsay came by and told her to meet him up in his office, much to her concern as that meant she might be going home. In his office, Ramsay said that despite her coming into the competition as an underdog, she has really worked hard and proved him wrong. However, Ramsay asked her why she was losing confidence in herself after the last few dinner services, and when she answered that she was beating herself up on her past mistakes, Ramsay told her not to do that anymore and fight back as she could perform as a good as anyone at Hell’s Kitchen. She felt motivated by that as she came back to the kitchen.

During dinner service, Jillian was on the garnish station. Her scallop garnish was accepted and later found it funny when Trev was asked to leave the kitchen due to stress. She was very pumped up after her pep talk with Ramsay earlier and kept pushing out perfect garnishes. Later, she stopped and argument between Russell and Trev from escalating, and said that Russell was a bully and Trev was a fucking idiot while adding that they could fail if they wanted. Back in the dorms, she went against her and Trev's plan from earlier that day when she announced her nominee was him.

Jillian was not nominated for elimination. Later that night, she was reunited with her boyfriend and two sons for a bit.

Episode 14Edit

Back in the dorms, Jillian said that winning Hell’s Kitchen would get her out of boyfriend’s basement and wanted to show her sons a better life.

Before the Fusion Challenge, Ramsay informed the chefs that after dinner service, two of them would be eliminated. Jillian was not excited about the challenge as she only made American food in her life and was more worried when she learned what the countries were. She got Thailand and Spain. During the challenge, she was still looking at what to use as she did not know what her ingredients were despite being five minutes into the challenge. Later, she debated on scrapping her beans as they were not cooking properly and after finishing up, she was not confident in her dish and said that it sucked. After seeing all of the judge's harsh critiques, she was close to having a panic attack. She was the last person to compete and presented her presented her marinated shrimp, white rice, chorizo, and soybean curry. It was praised for being interesting, having a nice flavor, and looking like a paella, which relieved her. After, all the judges picked her dish as the best of the final four and she won the challenge. She was especially happy that she proved Russell wrong and that she deserved to be here. She was rewarded with lunch at Spago with Ramsay. During a limousine ride, Ramsay and her talked about how Russell was too cocky for his own good and how she had a one in four shot at winning. When they arrived at Spago, they met up with Hefter who took the two to their table. Much to her surprise, her boyfriend and sons joined them for lunch and said that her day could not get any better. Ramsay left after a while for her to reconnect with her family, and she promised them that she would make it to the final two after that night.

When Jillian came back from her reward, she noticed that Nona was the only one that greeted her. Then, she hoped that she and Nona made it to the final two.

During dinner service, Jillian was on the meat station. Despite being sent by Russell to help Trev out on the fish station, she was rudely rejected. After Trev was caught trying to send out entrées before appetizers on a ticket, she said that he sucked. She was the final person to run the pass and immediately got vocal and called out orders with authority, as Russell was concerned that she might give herself a brain aneurysm. Despite that, her assertiveness paid off as dishes were leaving the kitchen. Then, Sous Chef Scott sent up her quality test as it was a ribeye instead of a New York strip. She failed to notice it until Ramsay told her, and decided to be very anal about attention. Then, she had an argument with Trev over his inconsistent fish portions and over raw halibut. As Trev was talking back to her, Ramsay reminder her that she had to take control of the kitchen. However, she continued to struggle as Ramsay took over and warned Trev that if he did not get his shit together, he would be ejected from service. Back in the dorms, she argued that she did great even though Trev argued that she did nothing but yell at him at the pass. Then, she annoyingly told Nona that they all worked hard after the latter argued that she worked her ass hard.

After Trev's elimination, Ramsay asked the final three why they deserved to be in the final two with Jillian saying that she kicked ass every day at Hell’s Kitchen. Ultimately, Ramsay eliminated her after Russell and Nona were named the final two. Before leaving, Ramsay praised her for being a fierce competitor and told her to keep her jacket. She received a retrospective montage of her run during her exit interview. At the end of the episode, she received the portrait burning sequence.

Ramsay's comment: "Jillian didn't let her lack of fine dining experience get in the way. She made it this far because of her passion and determination. Unfortunately, it just wasn't enough to get her into the final."

Episode 15Edit

When she came back for the final dinner service, Jillian was Russell's first pick and the first pick overall, and she said that she would have done the same if she was in his shoes. She was followed by Vinny, Sabrina, and Rob.

During dinner service, Jillian was on the garnish station. She was not seen much that night except for sending up Vinny's scallops to the pass, and being asked by Russell to help Rob out on the appetizer station. Russell eventually lost the finals to Nona.
