Gloria Felix was the second Sous Chef for the red team in Hell's Kitchen. She appeared on the show for Season 4 and 5.
Biography[]
In 2001, Gloria graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California. She worked as an Executive Chef in Blair's from 2003-2004 and later became the head chef and co-owner of Reservoir since 2007.
Personality[]
As Ramsay's Sous Chef, Gloria acts as his right-hand woman during services. She holds the same standards as Ramsay and will often get irritated by contestants' constant mistakes. She is more subdued than either Ramsay or Scott as she does not yell at her chefs for poor performances.

- On episode 2, Gloria was supervising the red team while they were doing their punishment. When she noticed that Lacey was missing, Carol stated that they were stronger without her.[2]
- On episode 3, she and Scott took both teams to a meat processing plant and showed them where each cut of beef was located on a cow's body.[3]
- On episode 6, she was seen trying to defuse an argument between Andrea and Carol.[3]
- On episode 7, she was heard telling LA to wake up during dinner service for not responding to Chef Ramsay.[4]
Trivia[]
- She is the first staff member to replace an original Hell's Kitchen staff member.
- After Season 5, Gloria left the show. The reasons for her departure are unknown.
