Season 4 Edit

Episode 1Edit

During the Signature Dish Challenge, Dominic was the seventh contestant to have his dish judged by Ramsay. He made a Chicken Katsu Tori, which did not impress Ramsay, who told him he expected something more exciting from the 45 minutes given. Dominic was relieved because Ramsay did not throw up his dish like Matt's did.

During dinner service, Dominic was on the fish station. At one point, he binned some scallops because of Jason's risotto stalling the kitchen. 45 minutes into service, he was seen waiting for the signal to drop the scallops, holding them in his hand for several minutes. After that, he was schooled by Ramsay because he boiled scallops. Ramsay was so furious that he mimicked his "standing still" actions, and told the team he was dreaming. After tables walked out of the restaurant, Ramsay shut down both kitchens. The blue team lost the service, and Louross was named "Best of the Worst".

Dominic was Louross' second nominee for elimination, with Bobby being the first. He was eliminated for lacking creativity, experience, and being the worst performer of the night.

Ramsay's comment: "To be a great chef you need passion, creativity, and talent. Dominic had passion, but that was it."
